New education platform

In April 2016 the Investor Education Centre launched an independent and impartial financial education platform, The Chin Family. Our aim is to make learning about finances simpler, more straightforward and enjoyable for everyone in Hong Kong. The information and tools previously on the IEC website are now available on The Chin Family website.

Investor Education Centre Website Hyperlink Policy

The Investor Education Centre (IEC) allows a third party to create a hyperlink to the Investor Education Centre's website (IEC website) provided the IEC's policies with regard to the hyperlink set up between third party website and the IEC website (www.hkiec.hk) set out below are complied with:


Unless otherwise stated, all copyright and other intellectual property rights in the materials on the IEC website (www.hkiec.hk) belong to the IEC.


Materials on the IEC website may be downloaded or printed for personal use or for use within an individual firm or organisation but may only be used for personal viewing purposes or for viewing within that firm or organisation. Such materials may not be reproduced for or distributed to third parties, or used for commercial purposes, without the IEC's prior written consent. Any hyperlink created should be set to point to the relevant webpage of the IEC website rather than featuring the content itself, so as to ensure that the updated version is accessed.


To the extent that any linkages to the IEC website are created, the IEC website must be presented in a way that fairly represents IEC's role.

The hyperlinks are created for convenience. The IEC does not sponsor or endorse these third parties and the IEC website shall not be deemed to be part of any sites or pages maintained by such third parties.
